Changes to Support Contracts
Effective immediately: To better serve our clients with integrated solutions, we're consolidating all partner product support under our Multiaxis Intelligence umbrella. Annual support contracts are now exclusively available as part of Multiaxis Intelligence implementations, where Arlo can provide comprehensive assistance with your entire ecosystem.
This integrated approach means support services are bundled with our Intelligence platform and include access to our vault technology and AI assistance tools.
Vault Technology and AI Assistance
Our support model now centers around vault technology that provides access to curated knowledge repositories from our partners. This system works through two AI assistants:
Arlo
Full-featured AI assistant for connected environments, providing real-time access to our comprehensive knowledge vaults with instant guidance and troubleshooting support.
Arlo Jr
Specialized version designed for air-gapped manufacturing environments that require security isolation while maintaining access to intelligent assistance.
What's Included
Multiaxis Intelligence implementations with support contracts include:
- Partner Vault Access — Pre-defined partner vaults containing best practices, troubleshooting workflows, and configuration templates
- AI-Powered Assistance — Through Arlo or Arlo Jr depending on your environment
- Platform Integration — Integration with your Multiaxis Intelligence platform for contextual support
- Continuous Updates — Ongoing updates to vault content based on industry developments
For Existing Customers
Current support customers can continue to receive email-based assistance while we work with you to evaluate Multiaxis Intelligence solutions.

This change allows us to focus our resources on developing integrated solutions that provide both operational intelligence and comprehensive support within a unified platform.
Support contracts are now structured as annual agreements tied to active Multiaxis Intelligence implementations, ensuring that support services work seamlessly with your intelligence platform.
